Shipping policy

We ship orders worldwide from New Zealand.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated.

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Delivery timeframes vary by destination and courier service, but typical ranges are:

  • New Zealand: 1–3 business days

  • Australia: 3–7 business days

  • USA & Canada: 5–12 business days

  • UK & Europe: 5–14 business days

  • Rest of World: 7–20 business days

Actual delivery times may differ due to customs processing, courier delays, or external factors outside our control.

International Orders (Important)

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.

All import duties, tariffs, clearance fees, and taxes are:

  • Assessed by the buyer’s local customs authority, and

  • The responsibility of the buyer.

Harvest Instruments has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
We recommend checking your country’s import regulations prior to ordering.

Refused or Returned Shipments

If an international shipment is returned to us due to:

  • Non-payment of duties or taxes,

  • Refusal by the receiver, or

  • Inability to deliver after courier attempts,

the customer will be refunded minus:

  • All shipping costs,

  • Any return shipping fees charged to us by the courier, and

  • A restocking fee if applicable.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at sales@harvest.com and we will assist with a claim.
